PROCESS:

Grant access to DISS System
Coordinate with DCS AISR (special agent in charge)
Complete Change of Condition Package to designate SGA as FSO
Submit for Change of Condition for Approval
Take over as primary point of contact for ISR and relieve client from FSO administrative burden
