Based on initial analysis, we develop a plan for the proposal effort & the proposal itself, understanding necessary deliverables, assigning section authors, & identifying necessary subject matter experts

3. DEVELOP

Manage deliverables through the entire proposal development process, using color team reviews as milestones & ensuring a compliant & compelling proposal

4. SUBMIT

Complying with the proposal submission requirements, we finalize and submit electronic and paper submissions of any size

Within 24 hours of the initial request for support, we will respond with an estimated cost and level of effort. Within certain parameters, our estimates are a “Not to Exceed” estimate. This means that, unless the proposal due date is extended with major changes to scope or other unforeseen issues, it can be expected that we will not exceed the estimate.
